  Let's not try to minimize this statement!  Eric Holder is the #1 attorney for the USA  , he advises the president on what he can legally do.  Top cabinet officials do not make statements without careful calculations..  This is likely a "trial balloon" to test if the people would strongly object..or if they would turn into sheeple..

It seems to me that Obama does whatever he wants to do. I don't think he cares whether it's legal or not, by the time the wheels of justice catch up with him his policies will have already been instituted and even if reversed things are so screwed up it doesn't matter.

This all started with another "trial balloon" ..a pretty serious one, back in the 90s.  This trial balloon was to see how the people and the media react to a terrible outrage by elected leaders.. against American citizens.
  The murders at Waco hit a new low..especially since they could have grabbed koresh as he jogged between the compound and Waco..a daily occurance.  But the Washington crowd wanted to test the people and the media..so 76 Americans, many women & children, were shot, crushed or burned to death!
   What did most politicians say?   ....nothing      What did the "watchdog" media say?....nothing  In fact I can recall when Koresh asked "Where are the reporters?"...
  Meanwhile,  the reporters were in a building about mile away, singing a song, mocking the plight of those entrapped in the compound..  No wonder Holder feels confident in his pronouncement.

I wish our economy was as 1/2 strong as Venezuela's. Even with all the bad publicity, they managed in a few short years to pay all their debts, strengthen their infrastructure,  by properly using their country's resources for the good of their own people and by resisting the big multi-national corporations that have exploited everyone in the world that they could. If the Venezuelan people were satisfied with Chavez, why should it have been any of our concerns?

So it is illegal to use a drone on amseican citizens with out trial. It is also illegal to take people guns and money also but they do knowing people won'y spend a thousand dollars to  get a 500 dollar gun back and many will settle for getting some money back and not have the expence of a lawyer. So they use a drone who will take them to court ? Besides the US govt. has to agree to be sued.
