High School Kid Disarms Gunman, Saves Life: Is Suspended by School

Strange but true.  A high school kid sitting on a school bus disarmed another who was going to shoot a kid with a revolver.   The High school hero was a wrestler who saved an innocent life.  His reward:  Suspended from school for 3 days.

This isn't exactly the way the NRA(that liberal bastion) describes what happened.  Course, what do they know? Seems the real problem was he wouldn't assist in the investigation.

Almost sounds like there are those that would have rather had a shooting, so they could further support their gun free zone law, and another building block for more gun laws. I guess it would also give the media something to talk about. The media seems to shy away from stories about a gun taken from a bad guy by force, or with another gun, but a shooting happens, they yak about it for months. Yes he should have been rewarded with at least thank yous for possibly saving someones life, but instead he gets suspended. Unbelievable!
