WHAT'S IT COST TO HAVE A PU PAINTED??

In your part of he country?  i have a 1995 DODGE 3/4 ton 4x4 with 35k original miles that the pant is falling off of day lee, here in Oregon they are asking more to paint it than its worth

Depending on the prep needed and the quality of the job I could easily see $2,500-$3,500. In 1989 just the paint and related supplies that I bought over the counter to paint my motorcycle was close to $300. In the early 80s I had a car painted with me doing some of the prep work and it was still over $600.
