What is this stock

Is it a Cartridge trap? Perhaps Shotgun?

I don't know, but I saw one the other day in a pawn shop on a 12 gauge.  I figured it was a shade tree job, maybe not.

Actually 2 shells, IIRC, at least thats what is in mine. The steel plunger & spring and a couple of shells add some weight too for recoil abatement (haha). I wondered if the 12ga. foster slugs would jack them out on that vicious kicking beast but not so far. Its really kinda cool.
