[/size] [/t] [/size][size=-1]Sheriff Joe Arpaio[/size] [/t][/t][/t] A newly formed group of concerned Arizona citizens, named the "Citizens to Protect Fair Election Results" (CPFER), announced that it filed a legal demand so that an entity called "Respect Arizona" immediately cease and desist from initiating a recall of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, or legal actions will be pursued against Respect Arizona and its officers personally. CPFER is concerned that recalls of fairly elected officials are being improperly instituted outside of the law, are being initiated solely to overturn election results which recall proponents simply do not like, and have the real potential of voiding and thereby disenfranchising the votes of the majority. Click here to  support Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Leftists have put a bull's-eye on Sherriff Arpaio's back because he created a Cold Case Posse lead by investigator Mike Zullo. This posse conducted thousands of hours of work and concluded that the document presented to the American public in April 2011 as Obama's birth certificate is undoubtedly fraudulent. CPFER has hired Larry Klayman, Esq., the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch but Klayman will be appearing in his private capacity in this case.  According to CPFER and Klayman, Arpaio is being subjected to an illegal and unconstitutional recall effort in a politically if not criminally motivated attempt to harass and prevent Arpaio from carrying out his duties as the chief law-enforcement officer of Maricopa County. Since Arpaio was only recently reelected to a sixth term on November 6, 2012, Respect Arizona’s petition is not only untimely but fails to set forth any valid grounds for a recall so soon after this election. "If Respect Arizona’s illegal recall effort were to become the norm, then all public officials in the state could be recalled without cause, thus severely harming the electoral system. Even judges could be subject to this sort of harassment. And, at a time of severe fiscal crisis, this illegal recall effort wastes the scarce resources of the taxpayers, the county and the state," Klayman says. [/t][/t]

I don't know if BHO is legally president or not...but that doesn't seem to matter now, since too many American voters couldn't care less...if he was born on Mars..
  However, the administration's drive continually harass and pursue sheriff Joe, seems to point to something they may be hiding.. 
      Generally it is assumed that.."where there is much smoke..there just may be some fire"!!

Hopefully Joe won't pull a Sarah Palin and resign to save taxpayers from paying to defend these frivolous attacks.

Taxpayers were not paying for defense against the frivolous attacks against Sarah Palin.  Sarah and Todd were paying.  When the bills got to over half a million Sarah and Todd could no longer afford them.  A group of us got together to help Sarah with her legal defense, but they put a legal roadblock in front of us.  So Sarah resigned to stop the frivolous complaints.

  Nevertheless, Sarah & Todd were forced to resign due to the high cost of fighting the false charges..just what the liberal charge-bringers wanted!
  Is there anything lower than false charge bringers, using huge funds to financially bully honest, private citizens?

  That's correct..  She was bothered over the state paying for a governor and that governor having to spend much of her time defending herself in court against ..false charges!
  Being as your only information concerning the Palins comes from such reliable sources as either the DNC or Saturday Night Live..one being  as truthful as the other...  perhaps you ought to ask our Alaskan members what Sarah did for Alaska and Alaskans...
   
     Having family members who are long time Alaskans (40 years) I can tell you this however..  Alaskans were much better treated by Sarah than we in the blue states are treated by our Marxist leaders!
  When you live in a blue state..unless you are completely brain-numbed, you can easily sympathize with a milk cow!
