N Korea threatens Japan with attack.
« on: March 19, 2013, 10:26:50 AM »
North Korea Threatens Japan with Attack      Quote:
North Korea has lashed out at Japan for calling for "independent additional sanctions" against Pyongyang.

The North's official Korean Central News Agency carried a statement from the Foreign Ministry Sunday saying that it would be a fatal mistake for Japan if it thinks it will be safe when a war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula.

I do not think the Japanese are all that afraid of N Korea .
Japan has been increasing its Naval prominence in the area now for ten years .
The worse thing you could do in the Pacific Rim is to threaten Japan .
Japan does not scare easily. The last time Japan was on a roll it took an atomic bomb to calm them down. And this time I would bet they have a few of their own no matter what the media says .

I remember several years ago the japs caught a russian sub sneaking in close to shore and threatened to blow it up if it did not change course immediately. The Russians left. I have no idea what Japans military is capable of today. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

It doesn't appear that China is doing a very good job of controlling either North Korea, or the USA.  North Korea is a pain in the butt for China and I doubt if China is all that happy with the way the USA has jeopardized the Chinese investment in US treasury notes with our profligate deficit spending.
