spotting scope recommendation

I am looking for an inexpensive spotting scope. If I can see .22 size holes clearly at 100 yds it would be adequate. Can anyone give their recommendations?

I am also looking for a good reasonably priced spotting scope and after about 3 hours on the net looking I think I found one that fits the bill.  Eagle Optics has a 15x45x60 scope called the Denali it is waterproof and has BaK-4 prisms and fully multi-coated lenses.  I did not find one bad posting about this spotting scope and below is review you may want to look at.  The Scope goes for $199.00 and may be purchased through Eagle Optics.  Another interesting thing about the scope is a no fault warranty.  If you break the thing just send them $20.00 and they will fix or replace it.  http://www.birdwatchersdigest.com/optics/scopes03.html  :D  :D

Maybe I should clarify what I mean by inexpensive...I would like pay in the $200 range. I know a $60 scope won't cut it and a $600 one will.

I bought a Burris 20x-50mm Landmark Compact this summer...
about $90...don't know about .22 at 100...but it does clearly
show .243  at 100...well enough that you can adjust the scope
at the bench...and not have to keep walking down to target...
I make my own targets...put a black cross on white paper...
I sight-in 2 1/2 - 3 inches high...top of cross is 1 1/2 inches
from intersection...where I hold...works fine.
