long time lurker here , I just picked up a 357 talo Handi, to go with my 3 other handi's  new in the box they had  3 of them in stock. I can't wait to shoot it  ( to much snow on the ground at the range to get to it)

Congrats, your first post and I'm already jealous...  That's exactly what I wanted for a barrel.

You'll love it. I can't remember anyone on here complaining about theirs. I bought one when they first came out. Reamed it to max, mounted a 2.5x scope on it, told my wife it was for the grand kids. It shoots everything great.

Welcome.  Congratulations...you've got a really nice rifle there.  Read up on reaming it to Maximum, rent the reamer and do it.  It's a win/win even if you never put a maxi through it.  Many of the slightly more ill folks here have more than one maxi, myself included.

You might want to post where the store is that has the other two.  Some of the guys here may be interested.......I'm trying to justify finding out for myself

Thanks for the link.  I searched the site for "Handi Rifle" and "Talo Trapper" and got no results.  Perhaps a phone call might work.  I'll try it later when they'll be up, awake and working.  It's still early there.

Brent, "thejanitor" might be interested in this too, he's in Bemidji,  but I think just now he's off in Texas hog hunting with his son and daughter. Best of luck Brent.
