I know SASS doesen's allow duplex loads, but since adding a couple of grains of FFFF isn't duplexing, same compsition, just a finner consistancy.

Is there more uniform ignition in doing this?  It'd be just for the long range stuff?

I cain't tell ya much about it's affect on uniform ignition etc. but as long as it's BP it's legal!

I think some pards use a touch of that smokeless powder back agin the primer to kinda get things going. Long range BP shooters mostly .

Anyway that is what I have heard,and one can hear most anything these days. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL :-D
