My mech tech ccu upper got here today

It's here, and my glock 20 lower is on it. So now I have a 10 mm carbine. It has iron sights on it right now but the plan is an eotech, an eventually a night vision monocular. Pigs are gonna hate this thing.

That's the funny part I called Mech tech to place my order and was told to go to the website and send email to be placed on the list. so I did, figgered there would be a wait. Last week about a week later the lady calls me and asks me if I still want to place and order, Yep and a week later its here!    Its like i'm back in the 60's or sumpn! I didn't even get the bullets in yet!  I'm goin crazy trying to find 10 mm so I can bust off some caps!

I'm being told 10 mm magazines will function in my 21 frame. If so I can leave my 10 mm together and use the 21 frame in the ccu and have pistol and carbine that use same magazines. I'm getting crazy with this thing, Like when I got a new Schwinn bike in 1958.  Man the pigs are gonna hate this thing! check out the added velocity with the 16 inch bbl in the chrony video above. Can you imagine the CCU with night vision and silencer? A pigs nightmare.....a bunch of pigs nightmares!    Rick Perry may hire me as Texas hog assassin!    I could use the money when this project is done!

Ok I broke down and put an eotech on my mech tech. Ha! My bullets have not arrived yet but found some fmj flat points to play with.


Never used a holograph sight before but the eotech is very nice and only needed some higher elevation adjustments to get it on paper at 25 yds. At that distance shots were touching.


At 50 yds, two shots were not disappointing with no magnification.
At 100 yds two shots were ok by me since all I could do was put the dot in the middle of the 8 inch circle.  Gun functioned flawlessly. More bullets will mean more shooting. Pigs, coyotes, beware. When the night vision monocular gets here I might just start sleeping days!


Still getting used to the eotech but I think I'm gonna like it. Did I mention its night vision compatable.
