that should have been policy
30-40 years ago.
hopefully it includes tobacco and
alcohol.
if you have money enough for
booze and smokes, you have money
enough to pay bills.

They way it should be.......
I work for local govt....get my check from them ..and subject to drug tests
People working for the federal govt do the same.
Therefore any one recieving a govt check should be subject to a drug test.......
fair is fair...........

Yes, my wife manages a pharmacy, and has to pass a drug screen to keep her certification and job. Seems only right that the people we support should have to do the same to get our checks.
