FWIW, I've had two rifles hydrostatically (camo) dipped (google the process for application companies) - a Remington Model Seven Synthetic by Bell & Carlson, and a Rolling Block's 2-piece stock (only, not the metal) by a small MI company I found online @ about 50% the cost of the B&C job.
The Remington Seven's Realtree camo was returned to me in a few weeks, and was IMO an example of an exemplary job, with zero issues for the 3 years I sho & hunted with it.
I can recommend B&C w/o reservation - good folks to do business with.
The roller's stock was a plain/beat wooden 2-piece that I selected a fancy burl wood grain finish for. While the stock(s) came back okey, the process was torture, dealing with the application company - since I had to wait over 3 months, and only got my finished stock(s) returned after constant phone calls & emails dealing with the vendors ever0changing & constant excuses for the myriad delays.
It turned out that that particular vendor/individual was operating 2-3 other "companies" at various physical locations, besides a regular "job", and so was constantly running behind.
I 've learned my lesson the usual way (hard), and will stick with a "name" vendor in the future, who's been in business for years.
