Contender fire sights

Anyone here know if fire sights or something similar can be fitted on a Contender ? I have a 22rf with a fixed front sight that must be soldered on, so I guess I'm stuck with that. I would like to improve the rear sight if possible.

I'm thinking that would be more a carbine sight. I should have mentioned I'm looking for a pistol sight.
