The barrel was installed rotated a few degrees off-center. The lo pro gas block was installed plumb so there was an offset between the GB and gas port. Loosened the GB and rotated slightly to my alignment mark and subsonic cycling issues are gone. Now to buy the tools and fixture to install the the barrel correctly to the upper, oh and and a new buffer spring. I am not gonna post where I got the upper but if you want to know, send me a PM.
