We all know what the majority of the bill that was voted down said, we know its hard to read and understand. But Ive been asking people that seem to know what is going on, if they have read page 28. Heres a link,

slide down to 28 and read the line about the 'medical and insurance entities'.

I gather the Attorney General is forbidden to keep records of the guns owned by 'medical and insurance entities.'

Why would you put that in, to explicitly single those 'entities' out?
