I just want to give a big kudos to RCBS for backing up their products.   After 20+ years of frequent use, the motor mounts on my RCBS vibratory tumbler cracked and broke.  They are integral to the motor.  I contacted RCBS on where I could buy a replacement motor, and they quickly shipped me a brand new motor AT NO CHARGE.    I really think this is going above and beyond for standing behind their products.  The tumbler was back up and running in no time and will probably last another 20 years.     I'm glad I just bought a Chargemaster 1500 as well... I was considering the Hornady and the Lyman, but glad I stuck with RCBS.

Pretty hard for me to buy any other brand. I have an RCBS Sidewinder tumbler that will do dry as well as liquid media. The drum went bad on mine with the plastic wheel getting out of round and if you put any kind of weight in it wouldn't turn at all. These replacement drums are near 100 bucks. I emailed them and promptly got an email back that they would replace it as soon as they got some in. They gave me a tentative date and it was on the front porch that day. There may be other brands but there's only one for me-RCBS.

I have an RCBS jr press that I bought in the early 70s.  I needed a primer holder for Large rifle primers, so I called them and ordered the holder..  When I offered my credit card number..the lady said "no charge"..  When the package arrived, I not only got the holder I asked for..but the bracket for it also..complete with the leaf spring..  Kudos to RCBS !
