Inventor Jailed For Making This Video?                Posted on May 11, 2013 by # 1 NWO Hatr                               Before It’s News – by Mort Amsel
Paul was approached by members of the oil cartel that made him offers for his patent, each time he demanded a contractual provision that the invention would actually be used to help man and the planet – The potential buyers always refused -
One group took Paul to court and argued that Paul was insane, for anyone that would turn down the amount of money that he was offered was surely crazy –
Paul Pantone was falsely placed in a mental institution where he was tortured in an attempt to get him to sign over all rights to his design.
This happens, i have no doubt.  The IRS afterall just admitted to targeting teap aprty groups but hey! They said sorry!. -Mort

hmmm, interesting.but a video is not proof. if it does work and he wont sell the rights, he will end up the same as the inventor of the fish carb.shotgunned in his doorway. free or cheap energy is not to be tolerated in the usa.

This guy reminds me so much of the moron from Oz that has been trying to sell every dumbass in the world hydrogen generators for your current engine. What this clown has is another form of a hydrogen generator. There is no plasma and just calling it that is such a joke that the rest of it only gets more ludicrous. There is NO way to positively or negatively anything in the system to create plasma. This vid is for fools only. In the beginning he shows putting more than enough carbon based fuel in it to run far longer than in the vid. My Honda mower would run about 5 minutes on that much fuel.

I've seen just about every hydrogen generation system on the market, even those made by major auto makers. NONE work. Yeah, the engine can run as long as you have a trailer truck of hydrogen sitting next to it but it makes next to no power which is why you've only seen microcars in the propaganda. NO hydrogen generator is going to work in any currently PCM controlled engine. One, the PCM cannot account for any extra fuel- it doesn't see it, doesn't monitor it, therefore it does nothing with it. Two, any remapping of the system to account for the fuel throws the engine out of emissions certification. Fuel mileage drops, it doesn't go up as the BTU rating of hydrogen is so low. It is not necessarily a cleaner burning fuel as most would like to think. With after cooling, yes emissions are cleaner, but it's the same for a gasoline engine. The biggest plus for these "make yer own" generators is that it keeps the intake system clean. Water and steam are the absolute very best at removing deposits.
Wanna see a fabulous engine design that is a zero emissions engine? Uses a fuel you can make at home from yer garbage? How about an engine that makes 900HP and only uses about 5 gallons of fuel every 8 hours regardless of speed? How about if this engine was small enough that it would fit in a large suitcase? It's already been designed, made and tested....and you can't have it. Research Dr Pauls engine. You'll be seeing a close version of it from Volkswagen in a few years. They already have mules running in Europe with this engine.
Here's Dr Pauls engine. The first of the vid shows the engines parts and how they function and then the engine running. The commentary can be boring.

I noticed the same thing.  They throw science terms out in that video assuming no one will understand what they mean, and won't question them.
I like how the TFH crowd keeps jumping on these perpetual motion machines.  I have actually made h2 from water.  I've even burned it.  I suspect most people with Chemistry degrees have.  Know what it takes to get that h2 from water?  Energy.  Know what you're left with when you're done?  Water.  Think that combustion was 100% efficient?  Let me ask you a more basic question, Why is it water in the first place.  As in, why is not just floating around as H2 and O2?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservation_of_energy

BTW, to answer the question posted by the TFHer writing the initial link, NO.  He was not put in prison because of this video.  He was put in prison because he plead guilty to a felony crime.  I know, details...

Actually, I bet a NWO agent dressed up as our hero, and attended court in his place.  The judge was in on it, as was the prosecution, because governments are so secretive and efficient that this would work.  Then after the agent plead our guy guilty he disappeared, presumably taking this secret the grave with him.  Then our hero gets sentenced, or detained, and while that hearing is on the record and anyone could have attended, no one will.  It was transcribed but no one will be able to read it, again government efficiency and all...  Then our hero will go to prison for a crime he didn't commit, having been set up by the secretive NWO agent and his handlers, who presumably work for big oil and whatever NWO associate we need to plug in here to make the story "work".  But there's a problem...

THE SECRET IS OUT!!"?!??!?!?!?@#$  HOLY CRAP!!!!!  Apparently our hero's secret-world-changing-invention-genius is now availabe to purchase.  The NWO has failed to contain it!

I can't speak for you, but I look forward to "burning" "water" as "fuel" in the next couple of years now...

I look a bit askance at many of these claims.  I remember hearing th e"Fish Carburetor" stories when I was a kid in grade school.
On some websites you will have a commercial come up that claims "power companies hate us"..and it shows various devices made to plug into your outlet and somehow multiply the currrent so your electric bills are very minimal from then on.
I did a search concerning people who tried them.  One fellow said those advertisers sell you either a "kit" or a blueprint ?plans for the device..when you discover it doesn't work...it is something YOU did wrong while building it..
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)

If this thing is real, and if I were this guy, I'd use that engine to run a generator to supply my own house. Then I'd take the money saved on electricity and start producing this exhaust/carburetor assembly and start selling it. If it's legit, and he has a patent, he could make a lot of money. If I was paranoid, I'd make a will (without making knowledge of the will public) that, in the event of my death, the patent and the plans would be released to public domain and posted on the internet. Once all that was done, just keep cranking these things out and WAIT.

My brother invented a bowsight that eliminated the peep sight on the bowstring. He could not sell the patent to any manufacturer, so he started making them in his garage. It got to be really popular with competitive archery folks--- to the point that he could not keep up with orders. Some competitions banned his sight. After a couple of years, a manufacturer approached HIM, and now there are several versions of the peep-less sights on the market, under license. It can be done.

TM-7,
If this is real, why does the inventor not gather capital, and build an arternate car company like TESLA?
If it works I could see many of you investing some of your hard earned money into the building of the company, finding a loacation to produce the engines, produce the cars, and hire people.
You being on the ground floor would make millions if the engine is real and the cars are what people want.
If you think some central planning commitee is going to adopt the design and integrate it into current or future car designs you are wrong.  If you think the car companies are not looking at new technology and trying to see what will and will not work you are wrong.
I am sure Ford, GM, Toyota, .... and all others would want a new technology that is clean and green to sell to the uber rich and guilty.
If the technology worked they would be in a bidding war to make it work.  My guess is that it works as is but does not have the power to do the work needed to move a car wiht people in it distances peopel want.
When Obama took over GM and sent a group of young people with their heads filled with green gunk, to help design a new car, the ideas they came up with were against the laws of Physics, these same smart people stated that Obama was in charge  and he cna have the laws of Physics repealed.  Really!  Obama can repeal gravity acording to them.

You ain't paying attention. The oil companies have shares in the car companies. Those are the same oil companies that currently export fuel rather than lower their profits. They are not going to go for any technology that further lowers their profits by making engines more efficient. They obviously offered a great deal of money to the inventor, but would not agree to produce the engine commercially. They got the patents for NiMH batteries, and refuse to produce them now--- those batteries cost 1/10th as much as Lithium batteries, are safer, hold a bigger charge, and are recyclable. Can't have electric cars with 200 mile range per charge selling for 30% less than gas powered cars, now, can we?
If you give up, THEY don't have to win.

Maybe you are not paying attention.  I said build his own car company or motor factory and sell the engines to others like tractor or car companies.  But all you hear is raise capital and not understand how that works.  Only that you have been led to believe that it is evil and not the answer to the question.
The best part of capitalism is that the inventor can build his own car company or work on conjunction with a company like TESLA that is an electric car company and not involved withthe big three or others.
But you hate capitalism, not understanding how it works and how it can produce new technology and products.

we are really going backwards as far as energy is concerned.in the 80"s you could buy a cheap diesel car that got 50 plus mpg.in the 90"s you could buy a cheap gas car that got almost 40 mpg.4 door sedan.today yu have to buy a hybrid tuna can to get anywhere near either of those numbers.and it wont run trouble free for 20 years like the two former models i speak of.how is that good for the enviroment?

'Cause investors are lining up to back startup companies that are going to compete with Ford, BP, GM, Toyota, or Chevron? Now you're confusing the realities of corpocracy with the myth you think is capitalism. Why do I keep having to teach capitalists capitalism?  ;D

OH so all the TESLA cars I see on the roads and the plant Near San Jose, CA are a myth?  A hollogram on the freeway proving your version of Socialism/ communism with a central planning commitee that sets up quotas and products in state run factories?
People banded together and said let's build an electric car company. Since none of the other auto makers are making one.  And after TESLA showed that it could be done other car companies have come out with their versions of the eclectic car or an primary electric / hybrid like the VOLT. Tesla makes a little sports car that looks like a Lotus and a big sadan that looks like... Well nothing else really, kind of a Jag, Audi, Masaeatti mix.
So if these people can do it in the worst state for manufacturing and running a business why can't this guy compete with FORD / GM?  California has your attitude about business and wants to tax everyone of them to death and stop them from starting in the first place especally anyone that makes anything with paint.
Your biasis does not show what is real.  Capitalism takes and idea, marrys it to a need and if profitable it creates a company that can compete with anyone and TESLA car company proves it.
But it is better to spread your lies and sense of doom than the truth.

You must live in an affluent neighborhood, if you're seeing a lot of $100,000 Teslas driving around! There's that expensive battery thing again, brought to you by the loving execs at Chevron.

ChungDoQuan, yer pretty much a confused individual. Chevron has nothing to do with battery development for hybrids or full electric cars. Then you want to complain about NiMH batteries not being available for cars. It's because they make a sorry battery for that application. NiMH makes about 75W per h/kg. Depending on the type of Lithium, it makes about 100-160 W per h/kg. When designing a car, weight is everything. NiMH are just too heavy and output is too small to be useful. Since 123 is now pretty much out of business, Tesla is using a Lithium Manganese battery made by Panasonic. Panasonic also makes the batteries for Toyota and Ford. All are using the Li-Mang batteries as the Lithium Cobalt batteries can develop a lot heat and catch fire as we've already seen with these types of batteries.

Chevron bought Ovonics, the company that was developing NiMH batteries in 1994 for the EV-1.  They immediately ordered the company to cease all production of NiMH batteries in anything larger than single cell, "C" size or smaller. Your numbers are for at least 14 years ago for NiMH batteries. They are also not as charge sensitive; lithium batteries are so extremely charge sensitive that there has to be a separate charge controller circuit for each individual cell, or roughly every 1 1/3 volt of battery pack. The fire danger , which the LiMangs are only slightly more stable than Li-Ions, chiefly in percentage of tolerance. In LiIons, in a large pack, if any single cell is lower capacity by as little as 2%, that cell will overheat and catch fire. LiMang can tolerate 3.5- 4% before they catch fire, too. In all the EV-1s leased by GM in 1994, none of them had charging problems, none caught fire, and the range per charge was as much as 200 miles, in what was basically a Saturn. What could they do today, in, say a Honda Fit, or a Nissan Leaf? By the way, NiMH were also the batteries of choice for fleets of electric Ford Rangers, and RAV-4s--- again, with no failures.
If you give up, THEY don't have to win.

It is Southern CA.  Yes there is a little bit of money here and why I need to carry a lot of insurance incase of an accident with one of the UBER bumper cars.
But like hte first flat screen TV's that sold for 10K if we did not have the ultra rich to spend for these gadgets the technology will never get cheap enough for anyone one else to buy it.
But then again I forget you think like a 6 year old and expect if they cna buy it you should be able to have one too.  And that is it not fair that those people make what they make and you do not make, but do not have the skills, training, or drive to work that hard to make that kind of money and it is easier for you to scream and cry that the game must be rigged.  I know I am never going to be that rich because I just am not willing to work that hard.

I have a deggree in Economics.  Everytime you make some wild claim, I use simple economic tools and facts like real companies that have started and are working in exact opposite of what you claim to proove you wrong.  You spout off some silly commie / Socialist mantra and think those are facts when they are not.
If you can use simple economic tools like Supply and demand curves or price caluclations to show me how your ideas will work and actually do what you say dispite history showing that European Socialism, Communism, and Facism all not working, you seem to think it will and I want to see how.
And yes I called you a six year old because you can not see how your desicions to do X will water fall and create huge problems that will only make the problem bigger.  My friends kid thinks everyting is PFM (Pure F'n Magic) and things will actually work when we all know it will not.  If you compare your economic ideas to building a house you seem ot want ot build the roof and think it will just hover while you build the walls and foundation.  if you think this motor is an option that will replace oil then invest, get other people excited about it and make a water powdered car.  We talked about making a solar powered Suburban that ran off of water in a science class in 1982 and entering it in the Trans Austrailia race.  The green people that ran the race would not let us enter our design as it had to be pure solar and not a hybrid solar Hydrogen design, proving to me that they wanted a stunt and an answer to a viable solar car.  No one would buy a solar powered bike that does 8 Miles per hour and seats only one.  We had a 6 person car, that by desing would go 50 mph and had ZERO emmissions.  But as I said it was about a stunt and not a solution.  We picked a suburban as it was the larges surface are car that we could mount the maximum amount of solar pannels on.  It was not an answer to the problem but it would have been a great commuter car for the Sun blet. and plugging it into the house at night would have recharged the hydrogen tank over night. But not a bad solution made by an seventh grade science class.

i don't want to see water powered cars.
i need to drink water to survive and the
local yuppies are already doing what they can
to deplete the supply by  overwatering their
yards and staying in the shower for 45 minutes.

i been working in the automotive field for 30 +
years, and i can tell you for a fact.
there's no such thing as a free lunch.
the biggest fuel wasters we have now are all the
luxury accessories that are stacking up higher
by the year. takes more and more juice to pull
all that crap. every time you push a button, or
flip a switch you load up the alternator and the
battery, making the engine work harder to pull
the increased electrical load, making more heat in
the engine working the radiator harder to get rid of
heat, making the tranmission cooler to run hotter
putting more heat in the transmission, making the engine
strain a bit harder to make the torque converter
to keep up, thereby getting the exhaust and catalysts
hotter, etc.

i've been hearing those 100 m.p.g carburetor stories
all of my life. if there was one, i'd have seen it by now.

WOW ChungDoQuan, I guess that means that yer smarter than all of the engineers at Ford, Toyota, Tesla, GM, and all of the auto makers world wide that are using the Li-Mang batteries. Or maybe they have a clue and you don't.

Ranger99, I've been waiting for GM to quit threatening and actually sell a car with a 42V electrical system. They're now claiming with use of LEDs that they no longer have the need. But they fail to tell you that while they changed the bulbs, they added GPS, OLMs, and a world of Nav crap to the dashboard. With all of the electrically operated tailgates and a host of other junk we don't need, it's a wonder a 12V battery can last as long as it does. I'm more surprised that an auto maker isn't putting dual batteries in gas powered cars.

Ranger, you said, "i don't want to see water powered cars.
i need to drink water to survive and the
local yuppies are already doing what they can
to deplete the supply by  overwatering their
yards and staying in the shower for 45 minutes."

I've always wondered about that.  Let's say all the people in the world water their yards all day long and they stay in the shower all night.  When they sleep, they open the bathroom faucet full blast because the noise helps them sleep.  They fix their toilets so they are in a constant flush mode.  Let's say everyone pours water out into their driveways and watches it drain away to some ditch.  They put gasoline pumps in all the creeks and rivers and pump the water via plastic pipes to a desert where it soaks into the sand.

Okay, where is all that "wasted" water going?  We talk about wasting water, but the earth has exactly the same amount of water it had long before we thought about "saving" it.  Droughts and water usage for eons will not diminish the supply of water we have.  How can it?  If a garden hose is left running at your home until the well pump blows up, the water is still somewhere.  It did not leave the earth.

We have plenty.  More than plenty.  God gave us plenty to do us until He decides time's up.  We can spoil it with motor oil, we can dump hazardous waste into the ocean and the Great Lakes, we can use it freely for as long as we live, and still there will be not one drop less than the caveman had.  We can pump it out of the river to glorify the desert sin of Las Vegas, but we are arrogant in the extreme to believe we can diminish the amount of water.

Even the fact that the human population is increasing dramatically (and most all of a human is water, does not reduce the supply, because every human croaks, and when he does, the water he contained goes back to the earth.  You can save it up, put more in one reservoir than another, keep in plastic bottles or barrels, but the water we have not IS EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF WATER the first humans had.  It's not evaporating into space through the ozone hole, and it's not being wasted if you water your flowers or pour it upon the sands.  It goes down to an underground river, or it gets evaporated into the atmosphere to fall again in rain and snow.  The skies give us no less rainfall now than they did before.

It reminds me of all the yuppie green recycling crap.  It costs more to recycle a used water bottle than it does to make a new one.  Recycling is a modern day hoax.

i can remember, still in school,
seeing my first 70 amp alternator.
i thought, "what the h--- would anyone
do with that much juice?"
the norm then was for 35- 55 amp alternators.
the big one was for a lincoln mark and we put
a bearing and brushes and a rectifier in it.
try to go find those anywhere now for a
modern vehicle.

folks nowdays don't realize the electrical

i guess i should have said "drinkable"
or potable water.

we do have a problem here with water.
some of our aquifers are being depleted
from over use. like the ogallala aquifer
in the western part of our state. or
the wilcox aquifer closer to here.
i'm no hydrology expert, but i do understand
basically how it works and how it's not
being recharged underground as fast as
we're using it. this may be a unique problem
for the plains states or states west of the
mississippi, i don't know.
i do know that our supply of drinkable
water in this region is not unlimited.
