can anyone tell me if it would be easier/cheaper to rebore or rebarrel an existing 30-06 to 338-06 and if left hand rifles take different barrels or if the threading is the same for right and left handed actions :?

Why not ask this in the medium bore forum seeing the .338 is a medium bore.  Lawdog :D
