Canned turnip greens w/diced turnips dumped over a couple of pork chops and simmered until the chops are done are delicious.  You can use frozen pork chops. Use a big can of greens or two or more small cans, and you can use several pork chops.  No added spices needed.  "Margaret Holmes" canned turnip greens are my favorite.  They come in a 27 oz can which is enough for three pork chops.  Did I mention no added spices needed?  Well, some pepper sauce is good....

I prefer Swiss chard to spinach when I can get it...  Anyway I prefer to steam either of them rather than boil to keep the flavor and nutrition in.  If I'm not paying attention to my diet that day, I'll whip up a cream sauce make creamed spinach.  We used to buy it all made up at Boston Market but after they folded up, I started making it for my daughter.  I could live without it but she still craves it.  I don't know how that girl has stayed so thin eating like that...
