Accessory barrels are the same as those fitted to factory rifles, the only difference is how the underlug is marked with the serial number digits when the barrel is fitted to the frame, see the note under the build year code list in the FAQs.  ;)

I've been looking for a (vintage) thanks Tim
28 ga barrel for an H&R Inc model 158
I try to stay with parts from that period of time
I just don't want it to say pardner on top of the barrel. Just personal preference I guess. I'm also setting up a shotgun set with a newer frame by sending it in to H&R for a 3 barrel set
410,28,20 but having problems deciding on
22 in barrels or 26.  This gun would be my use it gun where the barrel stamp wouldn't matter

it may be in the faq's (i can't remember)
but the barrels may be stamped with anything.
my bought-new-in-the-box .44 mag handi
is stamped sb2 even though it's on an sb1
frame. it got the best of me and i finally
had to take the stock off and check to
be sure. hope you find the barrel you want.

Here's a new 410 on Gunbroker.  It has to be new since it has the ugly new stock.  One picture has a decent view of the stamp.

My factory fitted barrels are marked for the Rifle;  Handi Rifle and the caliber, fitted receiver last 3 digits of S/N stamped on  barrel locking lock right side. SG barrel is marked; Pardner model SB1, gauge & chamber length, also S/N marked with the 3 digits.

I have shot both quite a bit, and I prefer the longer barrel considerably. The short rifles make sense in many situations where shots are timed, you have cramped space, or you hold for a long time for the shot. I have not found any real situations with the shotgun where the extra length was not a plus for swing, balance, pointing. I guess turkey from a blind - but you probably won't be using a 28 ga. I only wish I had run across a 20 ga TDC before they stopped making them.
