Recommend me a new MBR

Time for a new main battle rifle.  Maximum range 250 yards.

Requirement: Semi-automatic
Requirement:  Magazine capacity of 20 rounds or more
Requirement: 10 lb total with optic and full magazine (so hoping for ~7.5 lb dry firearm weight)
Desire:  More firepower than .308 (but not married to a .30 caliber)
Desire: Adjustable gas block.

Any advice appreciated!

i know of no MBR greater than .30 caliber. Above that and you are into sniper cartridges IIRC

I have no idea what your definition more firepower is but if look at the bottom of the page at this link and don't see what you want to see you're just out of luck.
