Thinking about another bow
« on: June 30, 2013, 05:37:41 AM »
I've owned a lot of traditional bows but finally got ride of them all. I was having so much shoulder pain and when I quit shooting the pain went away as long as I was careful lifting. I probably shot too much poundage anyway along with some old sports injuries. It's been about 10 years since I've shot a bow. My shoulders feel really good now. I was thinking about something around 40lbs and maybe a black widow.

I visited the widow factory about 15 years ago and shot one of their then new models a short recurves. I really liked it and shot it well. I'm thinking about ordering one about 35-40# pull.
