« on: July 13, 2004, 08:47:32 AM »
i have a huntsman .50 barrel for my .410 pardner and love it!!!!. i need a scope for it. i had a tasco 3-9x40 on it and was shooting 3/4'' at 75 yds  . then i used weaver rings on it and they demolished the tube  and the ajustment turrents. so i need a new scope. i took a trophey 3-9x40 off the slugggun and its just sittin' around. will this be a good scope. any info is APPRICIATED!!!!

buckslayer,

The Trophy sounds like a winner to me, as long as your slug gun didn't rattle anything loose in it and it won't cost you anything to try it. What load were you shooting? I have found that mine shoots everything good once you get the powder figured out.
