It would nice to be confident that I would not have to leave but I live between two nuke power stations, 3 rail roads cross here , DuPont , and several chemical factories are here as is Bellwood a DGSC and a deep sea port that loads and off loads containers. Of course there is 6000 acrs of timber growing next to my home that has experienced several small fires over the years. So I keep a bag ready if need be.
I don't own anything worth dying for really. Better to live and take it back than to die trying to keep it when over powered.
