Spanky: thanks for asking...... my plan is to first get a intelligence handle on this issue here in nys to find out when and where our ng and local leo forces are preparing for such a training session then second, to make it so blatantly public that it causes a noticeable protest with press releases and the ng having to explain why they are training to combat American citizens on American soil in violation of the Constitution. It is far too easy to get lots of local newspaper coverage for something like this esp when you tell the newspaper people that once the ng disarms the local citizenry, the press (remember the 1st Amendment) will be shut down. Now, if that doesn't spark a newspaper and media outcry, nothing will.
That might be the first step, unless the governor has determined that since his safe act passage not enough assault weapons (2,800 registered out of a estimated 1.4 million owned) have been registered, so the ng and nysp should begin confiscation, then the fighting starts. There are more than enough 'militia' groups here that have formed since the safe act was passed - actually, since this commie was made governor - so that those of us who know the fight will be coming will not have to fight alone.
Step 3 will take place after the first fight, which will also be made totally public and which we will call a 'new revolution' rather than allowing the gov't to call it a insurrection, and this step will be in the hands of the governor. If he decides to continue on with his attempts at confiscation and subjugation then the 'militia' groups will marshal forces and plan for major assaults on nys armories, nysp barracks and substations, local police headquarters, radio and television stations and move on to the seat of government in nys with the intent of dethroning this wannabe king and forcing him out of albany.
Step 4 will be the establishment of a interim gov't, the re-affirmation of the 2nd Amendment and the establishment of a state militia, the closure of the house of representatives (most crooked house in the nation) as a sitting body and they can go back to their home offices and work from there under the public eye and scrutiny of their constituents and the open accountability for their actions, the establishment of the (upstate) State of New York with one sitting house (Senate), the revocation of the franchise for nyc to operate as a fiscal entity within nys, and the re-establishment of the state boundaries not to include nyc. This might take anywhere from 6 hours to 6 days to 6 weeks, but when finalized then -
Immediately following will be a public vote by the numbers, not reps, on issues including new open elections and every issue put forward by this governor to determine if the people want these concerns as law or not. Free the people from this commie tyrant and let them make their own decisions.
