How to change the color theme? Is "Bean" gone?

Well it looks as if the new system is up and running, thats good.
How do I change from this harsh color to something more relaxed? I have found some differnt "themes" but have not been able to download(?) them to the site.
Can anyone run me through the procedure to change from this color to something different/better?

Here's how to correct the time if needed and change your them, Bean is still there, I'm using it.

Thanks Tim, I (auto)corrected the time for my account and also changed back to the Bean theme...
