Flat-plane V-8s
« on: December 12, 2019, 06:54:16 AM »
Listen to this video, it is interesting.

I have never liked V-8s that whine so to me the Ferrari has the least pleasing sound.
The RTG Porsche is new to me, replacing a 6 cyl. Porsche engine with their own V-8, fascinating.

three best sounding v8s in my opinion that ive personaly heard are the 302 z28 chev from the 60s at 7000 plus rpm. A hemi hellcat (mostly because of the blower wine) and probably the hands down best sounding v8 of all time is (and I hate fords) the coyote v8. At redline it will about send shivers down your back with an open exhaust. Honorable mention goes to a modified flat head ford with an open exhaust. there just so mechanical sounding and sound like no other motor.
