I wonder if the crime rate is falling in the big cities? Kinda' like it does here when it hits 30 below?

Ha! Good point!   Yes, reminds me of the History Channel show where the chopper crew chief is dropping off a bunch of elite troops for 2 weeks survival training at -20F, he said, "they're all gung ho and ra ra ra until the door opens, then cold hits them,  then they switch to "SURVIVAL!" mode. ha!   Maybe we will ALL get our minds right from this, the survivors anyway.
