4-6 dark meat birds (depending on size group)
1 c. Italian style Progresso bread crumbs
Cut all the meat off the bone and grind in meat grinder. Mix in bread crumbs and form into meatballs. Bake @350 on a lightly oiled baking pan. It's great in spaghetti or sliced up and use in sandwiches. I use grouse and Ptarmigan but will work with any dark meat bird!
