Don't Charge An Uber Driver With An AK47 Wearing A Mask!

Especially in Texas, where lots of folks carry guns.


The investigation isn't complete by the Austin Texas Police Department yet  but this was released this morning on local radio.


An Uber driver was trying to get a customer to their destination when he rounded a corner and there was a BLM protest in the middle of the street.


They wouldn't allow him to pass, and when he honked his horn a guy named Garrett Foster carrying an AK47 and wearing a mask started moving toward his driver's door.


Mr. Foster somehow managed to catch 3 rounds on his way from the ex-military Uber driver. At least one of the rounds was fatal, and Garrett is  no more.


Austin Police Dept says the Uber driver is ex-military, and is  cooperating.


Garrett Foster had been interviewed by a newsman a few minutes before the shooting and when asked why he was carrying a rifle stated; somebody has stand up for our rights.


His mother tells reporters that he always makes all the protests.


Well, he should skipped this one.


BTW, The protest was not legal as they had not obtained a permit, they just decided to protest and block the street.

There was another one were a BLM punk jerked open the drivers door on the car and big black guy jumped out
and beat the beat the snot out of him lol.

Shooter claims self defense and has been released pending further investigation.

IMO this is exactly why the Federal Authorities should be directly involved when the local elected "officials" cannot or refuse to bring a situation under control.


No permit, no protest.
Block a road, permit revoked on the spot.
First sign a "protest" is becoming violent, revocation of permit.
Antifa shows up, protest over.


Peaceful protests are not a free pass to interfere with the rights of others in any way. These people can exersize their Constitutional rights as perscribed by law, not as they are doing now.


If you are protesting, with rioting, looting, and general violence breeding fear, that is chaos, not peaceful. No one believes the trouble makers are not with your protest, we saw your protesting ethics on every channel.  Don't stand there and claim injustice, demand that we welcome you into our neigborhoods with open arms after every MSM has shown you causing destruction. Go fix your own community first.

Did you see what happened in Weatherford over the week end? The citizens came out armed and stood with
the police. Of the police, observers were saying the police were responding with military precision.
To any BLM or Antifa rioting mobs.

We could use much more of that. Those protesting rioter, looters, are using the very thing they want to destroy as protection......THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  They believe that "bending: it is acceptable because that is the example the Democrats have presented them with.

I heard yesterday, that the winner of the Austin altercation is in fact, an active duty soldier.


My money is on him NOT getting prosecuted for capping a professional protestor.
