First it was a warehouse

We seem to be getting various explanations.  First a warehouse..then ships in the harbor etc.  It doesn't seem to difficult to ascertain between those two at lest..after all, what way do things lean?

Even back in 1908, it wasn't difficult to figure out where the center of the Tunguska explosion was located.
