  Here, they are trying to claim that US history started in 1619, instead of 1776 !
  They are basing their conclusion upon a false narrative they are teaching to some school children.

Well....no doubt that the 1619 Project is misinformed.  Despite that, the article itself has issues. The big one is that it treats the teaching of curriculum as one big unified entity. “ 1619 Project is set to hit K-12 classrooms this fall.”
If one school does something, they all do. No.
That is not how it works. “Hit K-12 classrooms”.....which K12 classrooms? All of them?

I do not know if the Federal Dept of Education (Betsy DeVos Sec’y) has the power to do this. Individual states might but it would be a rare event indeed if 50 states agreed on anything much less new curriculum.[/size]
In addition, textbook choices are, in many cases, left to individual school districts. New curricula demand new textbooks. Textbooks are expensive.

  This ersatz, hate filled view of US history however, is being taught in many inner city schools, a place where no more hate needs to be taught!

Soon, 6-year-olds will be learning a reframed version of America’s founding, shaped to fit today’s standards and train the next generation of social justice warriors.”
Stated that way the implication is that the implementation of this slanted curriculum will be general...the wording itself is imprecise. If the writer had qualified the statement in some way, it would be clearer (eg.: set to hit K-12 classrooms in NY schools or set to hit many schools throughout the country). Failing some qualification, the implication is that all schools will be involved. The addition of the sentence about 6 year olds reinforces the generality.

The article didn't make that claim, nor did I.  If you look at the OP, you will see that I said SOME Children are being taught according to that false narrative.  It has already been announced that Buffalo, NY schools will all be forced to digest this contaminated diet!


  Just FYI...this lying curriculum is being taught across the country, mainly in inner city schools. 
It would seem that inner city schools would be that last place any intelligent person would want hatred whipped up and served to juveniles.  Haven't we enough hatred to go around already ?
