   Joe says Pres Trump is about to steal the election.  Well, Pres Trump is not the one calling for the easy-to-cheat with, mail in voting..he is not the one who wants "no ID"voting, he is not the one who wants alien sneak-ins to vote.

According to some “experts”, if the election results are not settled by Jan 20th, Pelosi becomes acting President.

If the Dems can tie up Florida and deny those electoral votes, then a real possibility. Remember Bush V Gore.

While I'm not a lawyer or Constitutional scholar I don't think Pelosi automatically becomes president.

It is first incumbent on the electoral college to pick the President. That must be done before Jan. 20, obviously far enough in advance to effect the transition. If they fail to do their job then it falls on the house of representatives to select who will be President for the next four years. I believe that has only happened once.

Since Pelosi is speaker and kinda runs the house it is indeed likely it could be her. She is in line behind President and Vice President and so should be be removed at same time which is the case if not reelected, I do think she would become President temporarily. I still think tho the house would have to select her for it to be her job for four years.

Read somewhere that if the house decides the election, some version of the electoral college comes into play which would favor President  Trump.

Left unsaid in the OP...  We should not even be talking about the election decision going beyond Nov 4 ! 
  If we were dealing with people with any shred of honesty, it should not happen.  But sadly, too many people are sold out to winning "by hook or by crook".
