It is likely you will be hearing from this guy, since he is now cooperating with fake news and turning against evangelicals. Here is a video he did for fake news, he condemns some evangelical churches, and I don't know what churches he was involved in, I have not seen such attitudes as he accuses the churches of, but then I have never been a fan of the mega churches.
http://www.pbs.org/wnet/amanpour-and-company/video/rev-rob-schenck-pres-trump-used-the-bible-as-a-prop/ Fake news loves him for his anti gun, and basically anti-Christian stance..
He accuses Christians of many things, most being off-the-wall. He and his brother Paul were at one time, prominent pro-life leaders in the Buffalo area, and by invitation of a cousin, I attended one of their rallies.
First time I attended, I learned that the brothers were originally Jews...OK, so there is a Messianic Jews movement going on, so that sounds logical. By the second meeting, I sensed that something was fishy, the way they tried to build a hierarchy and brushed off some very good suggestions by others, so I decided that something didn't add up with them, so I didn't attend any more.

I thought ..OK, so they see things from a different angle now..Not sure of this conversion, but heard it somewhere. He seems to have wavered back and forth on abortion..
So what is Rob Schenck up to now..it appears he is some form of an "evangelical", condemning other evangelicals. ..But seeing how he is condemning th is very popular president and principles long held by Biblical Christians, it causes me to wonder if my first assessment of "unabashed opportunist", was the correct one.
After all, he now seems to be consorting mostly atheist, fake news which many Christians consider their spiritual nemesis.
