anyone made 257 wby brass from 7 rem mag?

I bought some to do it but then found an outfit going out of business that had real .257 Whby brass in stock and bought more than a life time supply of them. So I doubt I'll ever get around to reforming the 7mm cases.

I'd use any starting load using a powder you have in good supply on hand.

Lloyd I have the real thing if you are interested (4 boxes of 20 .257 Weatherby).  I bought this to neck up to 270 Weatherby. but found the real stuff before I got around to it.

deal on the rifle fell through. Guy jacked the price up (it was on consignment at the gun shop) 300 bucks becauses guns are hard to find. It will sit there and collect dust because i sure havent seen a massive run on wby mags!! Sent you a pm on it anyway ken.

Lloyd I found about 40 pieces of 7mm Mag brass you could practice with if you are looking for a project.

thanks ken but im sitting on 500 rounds of 7mag brass i got cheap a couple years ago. Never did get the 7 mag and all of mine are gone so both the 257 and a 7rem are on my short list if things ever get back to normal.
