On the 5:00 news today they said it's coming thru B'ham this evening. If it does it won't miss coming over me by much tho if it gets B'ham it will likely go a bit north of me. Most tracks I've seen show it going south of me.

Right now at 10:00 I don't hear any wind or rain tho the radar shows a HUGE patch of yellow that sure is closing in on me. Right now the weather channel says it's raining here but as I said I don't hear the rain so it isn't raining hard.

I could use about 6" of rain to refill my pond. It usually takes about that to put enough runoff into it to refill when it's as low as it is now.

Our oldest son lives in Jacksonville and he still doesn't have power. He is using my generator.

I  usually use my welding rig for power but its been out of commission . we been dodging hurricanes for so long I got complacent , I had conceded the fact that I was going to lose all my meat & frozen veggies  ,  luckily my bil went to Lowes to get a generator and bought two . and sold me one .
