Anybody watch the World Series game last night.

Since TB was playing the dodgers I watched it. TB is my home town team. Of course I moved away before we had a local baseball team.

What's a world's series? Is that a bass fishing tournament?

I'd come nearer watching somebody fishin than I would MLB, NFL, NBA.
If they don't honor what the flag stands for, and the sacrifices made by our military, and first responders, they aren't worth my time.

I quit watching pro sports when they all became Social Justice Warriors. I'd rather be out hunting anyway.

Dee you said you had switched to baseball, did you not. TBRays and the LA Dogers are baseball teams.

I haven't watched the NFL in decades, and NEVER watched the NBA.
This year I watched the Texas Rangers take batting practice in BLM t-shirts.
Also two MLB teams (Marlins and Mets) walked off the field in support of BLM, covering home plate with a BLM tshirt refusing to play the scheduled game.

MLB died at my house right then. The other two were already deceased. I hope all three go broke.

I'm not a sports fan in any way but I'd rather watch PeeWee T-ball than those over paid SOB's...

No NFL, no NBA, no NHL, no MBL..no pro, 'social warrior' team sports for me.

Upon rare occasions, I will watch real stuff, such as martial arts full go fights, or a "world's strongest man" competition, but I am not a 'dedicated fan' of any !

When I was a kid my dad sponsored a city league soft ball team. So I grew up in the ball fields. I was the team mascot. My older brother played along with a very good team of players. I mean state championship good guys. When my dad died he had a whole room full of trophy’s. That the Parker Tile team had won. When I was big enough I played too.

Neighborhood friends all played sandlot football and backyard basketball. But for me the king of sports was baseball. I had all the baseball cards and could quote their statics by heart. Loved the Clearwater bombers and the king and his court. He was the baseball equivalent of the globetrotters basketball team.

The king & his court were comprised of a pitcher, a outfielder, & a catcher. They beat every team they played.

My dad always had a baseline box we sat in every game. Until he got sick and had to quit working for a couple years.

That’s when I learned about the wonders of the swamp next door to our house. From then on it was hunting & fishing every day after school.

High school sports can do a good job for those who like organized sports.  I went wrestling, football or MMA matches, when my sons or grandsons were involved.
I have a great grandaughter who is a track, soccer and field hockey standout, so I often go to those events.

I grew up with a father who played country league baseball when he was young and was a big fan.
The Twinkies postponed one game supposedly because some one was shot but I would bet ninety cents on a dollar as they were in the area of the shooting they did not want to out in that area at that time.

I will watch at least one of the World Series games hoping he Dodgers lose.
The beat Minnesota in the 1965 World Series and to me are like the money is no expense Yankees.
To me, still , summer is baseball.
Grandpa used to go fishing and always had the baseball game on the radio.

Well it’s not looking very promising for the TB Rays. The Dogers are outclassing them.

But it’s been good games. Have enjoyed watching so far.

None of the MLB teams have any class, their all losers. I hope by next next season there is no MLB.
