It is so sad that people cannot understand, or refuse to understand..miracles.. Miracles don't need an explanation, and frankly..looking for an explanation only demonstrates one's lack of faith.
Of course, unbelievers doubt manna, the exodus, and worst of all (for them) the resurrection ! Doubters cover all walks of life, and all kinds of people...
Some even try to ascribe the parting of the Red Sea, to an eruption of theisland of Santorini! ...And evolution..it takes more faith to accept that than it does to accept God's explanation.
"22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; (1 Cor 1:22,23)
Those lacking spiritual conviction often try to 'reason' miracles out, but that only leads to more confusion..
