Yes, they are. For example when the progressive liberal democrats took over total control of state government we were ranked 48th in education of K12 student in the 50 states. They promptly threyw out all the reforms enacted by the previous administration that had the students actually showing improvement since they had been put in place and firing everyone in charge of the program. Now with the progressive agenda we are ranked 50th in education and 12,000 students have disappeared since the current school year started. That's a bunch of students considering our low state population.
