anybody got some good loads with these bullets for a .223?

I've used it in 221 fireball and it's an excellent prairie dog bullet. Economical too.

I have used that bullet in my Contender and I used 25.0 grains of H-335.  Accuracy was very good.  Although, I finally settled on the Hornady 50 grain SPSSP bullet with the same powder charge.  Both performed well on groundhogs out to the 150 yard mark...BCB
