After that freezing storm, I figured the high winds would be comeing next. If it gets to bad, I'd rather have the
cold. That wind can be very destructive. Ive seen it snap telephone poles in half, and peel the roofs off of houses. Ours was one of them the last time.

For sure I would rather have snow, and cold than wind. Generally I dislike a warm spell in the middle of winter, because most of the time what follows that is strong winds when a cold front moves back in.
