The $5,000,000,00 is for black farmers only. Could anything be more "tacist"? ...and they put it in the bill with straight faces.

When my grandson, after serving in Iraq, tried to establish his VA medical account, he was being given a run around by the VA there. They dragged things out for a year ...and then wanted him to re-apply all over again!
When he told me of the situation, I looked up his congressman, who happened to be Sam Graves. I called Sam's office..it was only a couple days, and the VA was calling my grandson, asking him to please come in and establish his account !
Sam is a patriot too..just as one would expect .
