Squirbit stew
« on: March 27, 2021, 02:13:00 PM »
Take a squirrel or two and one rabbit properly cleaned and glands removed and start a slow simmer. Add tomatoe sauce or whole tomatoes or a combination of both and continue to simmer. Should be a while by now. (Couple hours) add corn, green beans, onion could be added anywhere along the line. Potatoes cubed about 45 minutes before ready to eat. Enjoy and if your a liberal don’t worry about the bones as they will make ya smarter in a hurry.

As one who has eaten a trillion rabbits and squirrels, that sounds delicious.
But, I would add the corn in the last 5 or 10 minute so the center of the kernels don’t cook out.

Don’t know. I found out on my own without any instruction. It’s a fine meal... I forgot. Seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste...
