What size scope rings for my 7600?

I am putting a 3-9 x 33 leupold "compact" scope on my 7600. I will be using Warne QD rings and bases and will be leaving my sights on the rifle. What height rings should I get, low, medium, or high? I want my scope as low on the gun as possible. Thanks

Brookielover :  With the 33 mm. obj. lens you will probably need the medium but there is a good chanch that the low will work, you may have to wait until you get the bases on then measure. :D    JIM

I have a 760 that I put a 2 x 7 x 33 leupold scope on and was able to use low weaver rings and base. had to remove rear sight though
