Hello everyone, happy to be here.  I was on the other sight for the last few years mainly as a lurker. I really appreciate all the info on H&R’s.  I’m fairly new to them but have started adding them to my collection and I use them through much of our season here in MS.

Welcome Brandon..pull up a nail keg and sit a while.  Most here are a congenial bunch !  Most of us miss the old H&R guns.  Fortunately, some other firms have taken up the slack left by them.
Firms like CVA, Henry, Traditions and others are trying, but of course they can't actually BE...H&R .  Let's hope somebody somehow , rescues that old gal !

I joined back in 2007 and H&R's was what brought me in initially. I still have my trusty H&R Topper 088 in 16 gauge. I have other guns now but there was a time after my divorce and I became a single father with custody of my 3 kids when that single shot was my only long gun so I've shot a pile of different game with that thing. I shot a ton of small game to help supplement the groceries back then.

Welcome to the GBO Reloaded Forums.

This is the original Graybeard Outdoors - by another name - and the legacy site that gave many of us a common place to visit daily, recount our stories, discuss the outdoors, and leave a little tiny bit of our World View and personality in every thread and reply made.  This is a comfortable place to sit a while and talk about the Outdoors.
