Bidens Townhall on CNN

Anybody watch that? I watched a few clips Hannity put up. He never finished a sentence. It was embarrassing for the country, and Dr. Jill should be ashamed for allowing her  husband to make a fool of himself.
He most definitely has no part in governing this country.
The constant undermining of the United States Constitution is not being done by Joe Biden.
He is not cognitive enough to do so. 
The only thing he is contributing to the chaos, is his signature. I wonder how much longer he'll be able to throw that in?

I think the crooked games are already out there for the whole world to see, but Joe isn't gonna take the blame, or be blamed for any of it.

I agree. I think there throwing him to the wolves and know harris cant do the job either. Have you notice the power trip battle axe nancy has been on? A smart man would be watching that. SHE IS THE POWER right now and just lacks the title.

Right, but IIRC the speaker can be anybody, and doesn't have to be an existing elected Congress person. I think that is one way Trump might end up as Speaker, too.

The dems are so scared of this they are trying to pass a law to stop it.

Right, but IIRC the speaker can be anybody, and doesn't have to be an existing elected Congress person. I think that is one way Trump might end up as Speaker, too.

That is NOT correct TM7. The speaker MUST be a current house member of congress. No one else can run or be elected. It always goes to the party who has the majority but that isn't a requirement. Folks do not have to vote for a person from their party but I'm sure if anyone failed to do so they might as well either switch parties or prepare to be ignored forevermore.

Speaker of house has ALWAYS been and ALWAYS will be a member of the house. No one else can be speaker.

Correct! No where in the Constitution does it mandate the Speaker of the House of Representatives be an elected Congressman.
IF, The House of Representatives so chooses to elect a non congressional member, all they need is a majority vote in the House.

HOWEVER! To date, it has never been done.
