Can we honestly expect those same renters will have saved up the $14,400.00 to pay the property owner?

If the owner has had to forfeit his property..will Joe buy it back for him?
Maybe instead, he will give each former property owner one of Hunter's museum quality masterpieces, in lieu of the real property...
