.
And he wants to continue the situation..
Let's set the scene.. So, Mom & Pop are retired, they live in a duplex and plan on that rent to supplement
their retirement income.
So, when the plan-demic hits, the Dems say... Hey, don't bother paying your rent! (even though some will be getting an additional $300 from the public till).
Is Joe going to pay Mom & Pop's mortgage? Is he going to pay the missing rent? NOT LIKELY !
So now, Joe wants to extend the freebie rent.... for who knows how much longer?
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/biden-s-last-ditch-effort-to-stop-evictions-frustrates-allies/ar-AAMJL9V?ocid=msedgntp Let's face it..... Suppose Joe's "rent forgiveness" goes on for 1.5 years, and somebody no longer pays the $800 per month .
Can we honestly expect those same renters will have saved up the $14,400.00 to pay the property owner?
If they sneak out in the middle of the night will Joe pay their rent?
If the owner has had to forfeit his property..will Joe buy it back for him?
Maybe instead, he will give each former property owner one of Hunter's museum quality masterpieces, in lieu of the real property...
