Pretty much ^ ^
Boil fruit and sugar and Sure Gel as per
directions on the box etc.
Sterilized jars and lids etc.
I'm not sure of where the recipes would
be hidden.  I don't think my granny used
a written recipe
I've helped make grape, plum, pear, peach,
blackberry, dewberry, apricot, etc.
About anything that would stay in the pot.
The absolute best to me is fig.
Nothing better on a hot buttered biscuit
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I think a cherry and rhubarb jam would be hard to beat... I pretty much only do wild grape jam, which means I only do it about every 4 years because the grape harvest around here sucks most years, this one included...

I always try and find a lower sugar recipe so you taste the fruit more and not just the sweetness.  Obviously with wild grapes and rhubarb (and cherries, depending on they type) your going to need a good amount!
