   I think of the huge, new Gerald R Ford aircraft carrier. 1,092 ft long, 250 ft beam,a modern behemoth that normally brings fear to our enemies.  Take a look;

    Then I stop to think.....Biden & crew left about 7 times that amount for the Taliban..while also providing some of our latest equipment for thr Russians and CHINESE to reverse-engineer.

   I see it  this way..  It hardly seems such a bountiful handover to the enemy could possibly be by accident, especially since Pres Trump had the plan all set up for him!  All he had to do was  to say; "Do it guys!"

  Call me cynical, but even a high schoolfreshman would know better !

  Is it just possible that his "handlers" (if they exist), wanted such a situation to take place?  OK you say.."So what's in it for him?"

  I answer...Who has handed his crack-head kid $1.5 billion?

    With the savages getting that much military equipment totally free, along with the income of an entire country at their disposal...almost GUARANTEES terrorism will become more common-place in the rest of the world.

 This leads me to see this as a spiritual battle..who else would want terrorism to invade the entire world?

  Don't laugh at Afghanistan's GDP...The CHINESE, have just moved in to exploit the huge copper deposits!

   Funny, how they Chinese were all ready to move in, isn't it !   Again, who does the CCP "own" ?

I don't doubt any of that, but the United States government has been fleecing the taxpayers since WWII.

While the American population is wringing its collective hands over those poor dumb Americans who didn't leave when it was announced the United States was pulling out of Afghanistan on August 31, 2021, the Southern border is still wide open, and conditions continue to worsen.
My sister in law called this morning telling us two bus loads of illegal aliens pulled into the Dumas TX Walmart today.
All the illegals got off the buses, and the buses left.
I don't think either crisis is accidental.

I was being sarcastic...replying to and literally following "the instruction" in your thread title.

I cannot fathom who is handling [Swiss Cheese for Brain] Joe.  As Surrenderer in Chief, he should be Court Marshalled for giving our enemy the hardware to mount a credible threat against us, keeping the border open to God knows who is walking in, flying unvetted Afghan Refugees (criminals and terrorists too) to all points within the USA, and stirring the pot of Americans LAST. 

This CARP has GOT TO STOP...I am MAD AS **** AND CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE.

I believe you would find most in our military are curious as to why we left all of that stuff - it wasn't stolen, it was left. Under the previous plan, and the plan our military and intel folks were advocating, that would not have been the case. But under the new as of this year plan, it was inevitable.

I think its becoming pretty clear that the two-faced single party system we've got in power needs conflict and nation building. They'd rather tie us up with that than deal with actual threats like China and Russia. Our military is good at the conflict piece, but I think we've realized we're not suited for nation building. I would hope this debacle would cause voters to think more clearly about these things. Demand congressional approval for engagement in conflict, and then hold them accountable for drifting goal posts. And for heaven's sake, never ever ever again leave 85 Billion in war material in the yard when we're done playing.

I immediately wondered if this was some sort of "payoff" to the Taliban, then my crazy thoughts really started to run wild...

What if they installed RFID or homing beacons on this equipment so they could follow the Taliban's moves?
Or perhaps all of this military equipment was treated with a biological agent that will in effect expose the Taliban to something that they have no immunity from (I mean our government did it to the Native Americans with smallpox infested blankets).

Then I came to my senses and figured that it was just sleepy Joe and the Democrats doing what they always do... Basically just doing something for the sake of doing it, without thinking through the consequences...

  I see what you are pointing at Buckbeast, but they wouldn't have to leave highly technical or extremely advanced equipment, so as to plant tracking devices..

   It has been many years since I was on active duty, and I roughly outlined what was SOP back then, if it should become necessary to abandon any equipment.  That is take what you can, and what you cannot take..you either completely destroy, or at least make unusable...any highly classified stuff to be obliterated.

  Please tell us TN, has that plan in any way been changed or modified?

All of the gear still has a destruction plan in the manual. Problem here is all the gear was given to others control and we were pulled out before the Taliban were at the wire.
