The legislature of my home county county, has declared our county to be a "Constitutional County"!
A couple counties in Nevada have done the same. If more counties were to do the same, they could work together, and pool resources & efforts.. to thwart any efforts to infringe upon their citizen's rights, by either state or federal forces.
The whole thing started over 2nd amendment rights, but doesn't end anywhere near there..it is all inclusive concerning rights.
